The rules for using this website. Sales are governed by our written quotations, order confirmations and warranty terms.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of ethervault.in (the “website”), operated by Apeiron Mobility Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U31909KA2016PTC096370), #B12, ITI Ancillary Estate, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048, India (“EtherVault”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images and capacity figures accurate, but they are provided for general information. Specifications may change as products are improved, and actual performance depends on installation, usage, temperature and other conditions. Images may show optional features or be illustrative.

The website’s sizing tool gives indicative results only. Final sizing and configuration are confirmed by our engineers.

3. Quotes and orders

Nothing on the website is an offer to sell. Prices, availability and lead times are provided on enquiry. A sale is formed only when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation and you accept it. That quotation, order confirmation and our applicable warranty terms will then govern the sale, and they take priority over anything on this website.

4. Warranty

Warranty periods mentioned on the website (for example, 3 years standard, extendable by 7 years under an annual maintenance contract for energy storage products) are summaries. The full warranty terms, conditions and exclusions are set out in the warranty document supplied with the product or quotation.

5. Certifications

References to standards and certifications (such as AIS 156 Amd 4, AIS 004, ISO 11452, UN R10 and CISPR 25) relate to the specific products and configurations tested. Certificate details are shared with customers on request.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading or someone else’s information;
  • send spam, malware or unlawful content through our forms;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or data;
  • copy, scrape or reuse the website’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The EtherVault name and logo, the NewSparky name, product designs, text, images and other content on this website belong to Apeiron Mobility Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, with credit. Any other use needs our written permission.

8. What you send us

When you send us enquiries, catalogues, résumés or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it. We will handle personal data in it as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending us ideas or material does not create a confidentiality obligation or business relationship unless we agree to one in writing.
